Newbug Tseng is the Founder and CEO of CyCatena and a co-founder of CHROOT and HITCON. With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, he specializes in penetration testing, incident investigation, and vulnerability research. He previously served as a Lead Engineer in the Cybersecurity Technical Department at Taiwan Mobile and as an Engineer at vArmour. He also led HITCON Wargame and Training initiatives and served as a Board Member for the first and second terms of the Association of Hackers in Taiwan (HITCON).

Leveraging his expertise in threat intelligence analysis and enterprise security management, he is currently dedicated to applying cybersecurity technologies to Web3 virtual asset infrastructure. He focuses on developing enterprise-grade financial security defense systems to assist clients in managing the security of virtual assets.
