Kyo Chen currently serves as the Secretary General of the Product Security Promotion Office and the Head of the Panasonic Cyber ​​Security Lab. He plays a pivotal role in formulating and advancing the Group’s Internet of Things (IoT) security strategies, working in close coordination with Panasonic’s global headquarters in Japan to oversee international cybersecurity projects. His research expertise encompasses IoT device protection, cloud security, AI security, and professional talent development. Kyo has been a long-standing pillar of the cybersecurity community. He served as the General Coordinator for HITCON Cyber ​​Range (2023–2025) and HITCON 2026, where he has been dedicated to fostering technical exchange and cultivating elite practical talent within the industry.
