Richard is the Product Security Architecture Lead within the Product Security Services Department at Delta Electronics. With deep roots in embedded systems and system integration, Richard provides strategic oversight for security initiatives across IP cameras, industrial equipment, and data center infrastructure. As a pioneer in corporate security transformation, Richard spearheaded Delta’s inaugural IEC 62443-4-2 certification and successfully institutionalized the IEC 62443-4-1 secure development lifecycle across the enterprise. He currently directs R&D units in navigating the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and other global mandates, ensuring that "Security by Design" is a core strategic pillar. By bridging technical depth with compliance mastery, Richard leads his team and the organization in building resilient products and a formidable competitive advantage in the global supply chain.
