Based in Germany, Yuyu is a CISSP-certified expert focusing on the intersection of EU cybersecurity regulations and offensive security operations。She currently serves as the Strategic Partner for Laokoon Security while collaborating with Haque Law Firm on cybersecurity compliance。She holds a BS in Industrial Management and an MS in Industrial Engineering (Telecommunications Lab) from National Taiwan University, and conducted PhD research in Cloud Security at TU Berlin。

Her professional background includes roles as PM at Zyxel, founder of an international B2B technology company, VP at Smart & Diligent (European Supply Chain), and key involvement in the NKT and walsinenergy factory construction and technology transfer project in Germany。She hopes this speech will help Taiwan enterprises navigate and overcome the regulatory challenges of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) while strengthening their global supply chain competitiveness。
