Mr. Cheng-Lung Chen is an ISACA Platinum Member with over 15 years of industry experience. He serves as Vice President of the ISACA Taiwan Chapter (Executive Director of the CAA and Chair of the International Affairs Committee), where he coordinates international affairs and fosters organizational exchange. He has acted as Coordinator for ISACA’s CISA and CGEIT certifications, reviewed the Chinese editions of IT Audit Framework (ITAF), Risk IT Framework, and Audit Practitioner’s Guide to Machine Learning, and translated several GTAGs. A recipient of the 27th Outstanding Internal Auditor Award, his expertise spans IT audit, internal audit, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, integrating practical experience with international standards to advance digital governance.
