Ko-Chin Chang is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Chung Cheng Institute of Technology, National Defense University. He previously served as the Director of the Cybersecurity Center at the same college and has more than fifteen years of experience in cybersecurity talent development. He established the Military Academy Cybersecurity Competition mechanism and planned the architecture for cyber attack-and-defense exercises. He also led a team to win first place in the International Virtual Cybersecurity Competition. His areas of expertise include industrial control system (ICS) security, cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, and cyber range scenario development. His current research focuses on applying deep learning techniques to malware detection and network traffic analysis.
