Conference epidemic prevention measures

CYBERSEC 2020 will adjust epidemic prevention measures and update our official website immediately in accordance with latest announcements by the Central Epidemic Command Center. Together, let us comply with the New Lifestyle Movement for Epidemic Prevention and maintain good personal hygiene practices, such as frequent hand washing, good respiratory hygiene, and social distancing. Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you in August.

In response to Severe Special Infectious Pneumonia (COVID-19), CYBERSEC 2020 will implement the following epidemic prevention measures:

Visiting Guests

  1. Please wear a mask at all times after entering the conference hall, and cooperate by filling out your personal health declaration document.

  2. Please cooperate by allowing exhibition personnel to take your body temperature and spray your hands with alcohol disinfectant. Admission will be denied to anyone with a forehead temperature above 37.5 Celsius.

  3. Conference seating will be arranged with alternating empty seats. Standing admission is NOT allowed. Please follow the ushers’ instructions regarding seating.

  4. Admission will be denied to guests who have travelled overseas (including flight transfers) within the last 14 days.

Conference epidemic prevention measures

  1. All conference staff and participating vendors will have their body temperature taken prior to opening of the conference each day. All personnel will be required to wear masks at all times, and maintain clean hands through disinfection as necessary.

  2. Capacity control will be implemented at the conference venue, and crowd control measures will be used to divert the flow of people in a timely manner.

  3. Alcohol and hand-sanitizing gel will be provided in public areas for disinfection. Liquid and bar soap will be available in restrooms for personal hygiene.

  4. Disinfection and cleaning of spaces in areas with high levels of human contact will be strengthened, including elevators, handrails, restrooms, information centers and conference rooms.
