After copying and printing, the scanned data will be uploaded to the security control system. Once the server finds out that the system detects sensitive content that is not allowed to be copied and printed in the company, the server will send an email to notify the administrator, which is convenient to quickly find out which employee copied or printed sensitive documents. The feature makes internal management of enterprises to protect enterprise information security more easily.
