OT Challenges and threats faced from the perspective of dam facility safety

From the Stuxnet incident to the hacking of the Ukrainian power transmission system, the information security of critical infrastructure has gradually received attention, and the threats it faces are not Aimlessly, but more complex and targeted attacks. However, in the past, the design of industrial control equipment only emphasized reliability and availability and did not take security into consideration. In this situation, these obsolete industrial control systems would be more likely to be targeted by hackers. This speech will allow the audience to understand common safety deficiencies in industrial control architecture from the actual example of dam safety, and propose relevant suggestions.
