How vulnerable is a company's cybersecurity from hacker’s point of view – you are more vulnerable to be attacked than you think

According to 2020 cyber survey, 32% of websites have exploitable critical and high risk exposure, and it took 50 days to fix the vulnerability; nearly 60% responded they have been "successfully" compromised through email, which caused data leakage, credential leakage, ransomware, and other incidents. During phishing drill, 68% employees of of these companies clicked the links, 23% provided credential, 9% opened the attachment. Public-facing services and email services are the easiest way to be penetrated by hacker. However, most of the enterprises don’t have a visibility to their cyber exposure and period, and are even not aware of being penetrated. In this seminar, OneDegree cybersecurity team is going to clarify common cyber misunderstandings, explain the popular technique utilized by hacker, and how to manage the cyber exposure with limited resources.

It develops the insurance core system and cybersecurity-as-a-service platform – Cymetrics. Cymetrics provides small and medium-sized enterprise a more flexible security assessment to their internet-facing applications and email service. OneDegree HK is a licensed digital insurer. It provides an end-to-end digitalized insurance journey to customer through the in-house developed insurance core system. Before joining OneDegree, Stanley is the information security officer of Citibank and senior consultant of Deloitte. His expertise is in information technology and information security governance.
